Welcome to the Mandarin Chinese program at Saugus High School. Chinese is a year-long class which introduces students to the Chinese language and culture.   The goal of this program is to help every student in the class attain proficiency in the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) of the Chinese language.  These skills are presented within the context of the contemporary Chinese-speaking world and culture.
